Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and spinplay ("spinplay," "we," "us," "the Platform"). 1.3 Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific game, promotion, or offer, the specific terms of that game, promotion, or offer shall prevail in relation to that matter only. In all other respects, these Terms shall govern.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with spinplay and to engage in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. This minimum age requirement is consistent with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
2.2 Age Verification. spinplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to account activation or prior to the processing of any withdrawal. 2.3 Underage Accounts. If spinplay determines that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 21, spinplay will: (a) immediately and permanently suspend the account; (b) void all wagers placed during the period of underage use; (c) forfeit all winnings and bonus funds in the account; and (d) return net deposits where legally required. spinplay may also report the matter to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
2.4 Geographic Eligibility. spinplay is intended for players located in the Philippines. It is each player's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online casino services is lawful in their specific location. spinplay makes no representation that access to its services is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
Age Restriction: spinplay strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Parents and guardians are advised to take appropriate measures to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) spinplay account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and must promptly update your account information if any details change. spinplay is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinplay login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.4 Unauthorized Access. You must notify spinplay immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. spinplay will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your spinplay account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempted transfer shall be void and may result in immediate account closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. spinplay accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. spinplay reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to players.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier.
4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.4 Currency. All player accounts at spinplay are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. spinplay is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees charged by third-party processors.
4.5 Deposit Fees. spinplay does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges, for which spinplay bears no responsibility.
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless spinplay approves an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines.
5.3 Processing Times. spinplay targets the following processing times: GCash and PayMaya — within 30 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — within 1 to 3 business hours during Philippine banking hours. These are target times and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
5.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal, spinplay may require the player to complete a KYC verification process, which may include submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID; (b) proof of residential address issued within the last three months; and (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used. spinplay reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
5.5 Forfeiture of Inactive Balance. Account balances in accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative charges as specified in spinplay's inactivity policy, as updated from time to time.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by spinplay are subject to specific eligibility criteria and terms that are published with each individual offer. spinplay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible game contributions, maximum bet restrictions, and time limits are specified in the individual bonus offer terms. It is the player's responsibility to read these terms before accepting any bonus.
6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. Unless stated otherwise in individual offer terms, the maximum allowable bet per round while a bonus is active is ₱500. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. spinplay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting mathematical loopholes, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or use of software to gain unfair advantage. Suspected bonus abuse may also result in permanent account closure.
6.5 Modification of Promotions. spinplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, including during any ongoing promotional period, where circumstances require it.
7.1 Random Number Generation. All spinplay casino games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) operate using independently certified software. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by any party, including spinplay itself.
7.2 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel within the spinplay lobby. RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
7.3 Malfunction. 10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the spinplay platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinplay disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 spinplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if spinplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 spinplay's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to spinplay in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude spinplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 spinplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
12.2 Upon account termination for breach, all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money balances net of any amounts owed to spinplay shall be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 You may close your spinplay account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided upon closure, and bonus funds will be forfeited.
13.1 spinplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, spinplay will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the spinplay platform.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the spinplay platform shall first be submitted to spinplay's customer support team for resolution. spinplay will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
14.3 If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through spinplay's internal process, you may submit the matter for resolution to the applicable Philippine regulatory authority. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the final resolution of any dispute.
